The Center for Competitive Change as part of the University of Dayton’s Research Institute has implemented a new program to support the need of small to mid-sized businesses to become competitively stronger within their markets and to increase profit margins. The “Get Lean®” Certification Program has all the attributes and tools major global companies have taken and successfully implemented, including Toyota, Wiremold and Tel-dyne.
Get Lean® is a program specifically designed to help small to medium sized companies advance their businesses abilities to recognize and reduce unneeded process steps, unwanted costs and understand, discover and implement the most efficient ways of conducting business and producing products and services.
