Capstone Alliance and the University of Dayton, Research Institute work in partnership to develop and deliver the highest level of Lean Business Process Training available. We collaborate to develop programs that combine extensive, high value learning events. The Center for Competitive Change provides educational, performance-based lean learning events that help organizations become successfully positioned for getting to the future first. Through a learning event model, they help companies assess, develop, and implement business specific lean transformation through learning and the business mentoring processes. . They consistently achieve this position by maintaining extensive, top value learning events (training) and performance accelerator programs (services).
The Center for Competitive Change as part of the University of Dayton’s Research Institute has implemented a new program to support the need of small to mid-sized businesses to become competitively stronger within their markets and to increase profit margins. The “Get Lean®” Certification Program has all the attributes and tools major global companies have taken and successfully implemented, including Toyota, Wiremold and Tel-dyne.
Get Lean® is a program specifically designed to help small to medium sized companies advance their businesses abilities to recognize and reduce unneeded process steps, unwanted costs and understand, discover and implement the most efficient ways of conducting business and producing products and services.
How does a small to mid-sized business do all this while staying within your budgets? The Center for Competitive Change accomplishes this with three simple principals.
1. Provide obtain high-end knowledge and skills in Lean, ISO and Six-Sigma;
